My experiences in AIESEC in HANOI
AIESEC in Hanoi, founded in 2007, is a local chapter of AIESEC in Vietnam entity. Beside global exchange programs like the Global Volunteer and the Global Internship Program, the local chapter is known for social projects for Hanoi students such as Vietnam Youth Icon , Global Passport, IGrow Summer Camp , and Step Out.
I was one of four Marketing Managers for AIESEC in Hanoi during 2016-2017:
-
Managed AIESEC in Hanoi’s main communication channels (both external and internal stakeholders): AIESEC Hanoi fanpage, Facebook account and groups, Instagram, and newsletters
-
Managed past customers database via Google Drive
-
Managed promotion for Member recruitment program & supported of other social projects/programs
-
Managed a team of 4 people, provided training and transitioned knowledge at the end of Brand manager term.
Below are some works and achivements of my term.
Planning for Member recruitment promotion in Fall 2016
Our team delivered 460 application forms (surpassing the initial goal of 300). We mainly use digital channels to promote the recruitment: Facebook fanpage and seeding in groups, Instagram, email newsletters.
***Note: AIESEC Hanoi fanpage was merged into AIESEC in Vietnam in 2017. That's why the fanpage is not available anymore.
Master plan and Human resource planning
My team had 4 members, including me. Together, we ran the winter-peak projects promotion, spring recruitment, and internal communication channels. After my term, I am proud that Tue and Quan all applied for Marketing Manager position and ran their own teams in the following terms.
Beside my main role as a Marketing Manager, I also volunteered as the Local Chapter's MC and photographer.

MC for Internship Day - Global Internship Program

MC for IGrow Summer Camp Info Day

MC for Celebration Night 2016
Organizer, photographer, and retoucher for Local Chapter Photoshoot day (Spring 2017 recruitment promotion)
Awards: Best member of Marketing fuction & Best Local Supporter in 2016
